Dr. Ananda pursued his Master’s degree in Plastic Surgery from Universiti Sains Malaysia.

 

He has a vast experience in treating major / minor burn injuries.  He pioneered the establishment of cultured epidermal autograft for major burn injury victims. He has presented his research findings in various international conferences and is also the recipient of several international awards.

 

He is one among the very few plastic surgeons to have successfully completed a one year fellowship in Burns, Laser and Aesthetic surgery from Chang Gung Memorial Hospital (Taiwan).

 

He has vast experience in treating

Cleft lip and palate, major burn injuries, complex scars and keloid,

Complex reconstructive surgery, reconstructive microsurgery, breast reconstruction,

Chronic wound management using advanced wound care devices,

Liposuction, fat transfer with stem cells, body contouring (abdominoplasty, arm lift, thigh lift),

Facial cosmetic surgery (face lift, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty),

Facial trauma and cosmetic breast surgery.
